Between January 1, 1955 through December 31, 1962 the Jewish Agency made $5,100,001.02 in payments to the American Zionist Council.  The following American Zionist Council reports to the Jewish Agency provide summarize funding spent on education, lobbying and public relations.  The Jewish Agency failed to properly itemize these payment details on its mandatory Foreign Agents Registration Act declarations to the US Department of Justice, including payment vouchers directing Jewish Agency funding to AIPAC founder Isaiah L. Kenen who was paid $5,000 each quarter for stealth "public relations services".

Stewart David Nozette and economic espionage against the United States

Dr. Stewart David Nozette (born May 20, 1957) is an American scientist and astronomer. He has worked for the United States Department of Energy, the United States Department of Defense, and NASA. His research has resulted in multiple publications in the journal Science. The FBI arrested him October 19, 2009, charging him with attempted espionage, after a sting operation. Nozette attempted to sell U.S. classified information to someone he believed was an Israeli Mossad operative, but was in reality an undercover Federal Bureau of Investigation employee. He pleaded guilty to one charge of espionage and was sentenced, under the terms of a plea bargain, to thirteen years in prison.

Nozette was born in Chicago, Illinois on May 20, 1957, to Helen and Morris Nozette. He grew up in Chicago’s heavily Jewish West Rogers Park neighborhood. His parents were involved in the local reform temple. However, Stewart showed little interest in Jewish matters as an adult.

Paris university pulls plug on "Israeli apartheid" talk by David Cronin

A Paris university has withdrawn permission for a Palestine solidarity conference at the behest of the Zionist lobby.

In a statement issued today, the authorities at the University of Paris 8 said that the title of the conference – “Israel: an apartheid state?” – was “of a strongly polemical character.” Because there had been strong reactions to its theme, the university predicted there could be a “serious risk posed to public order” if the event scheduled for 27 and 28 February went ahead.

The complaint against the conference was made by the representative council for Jewish organizations in France, or CRIF as it’s better known. It had objected to the participation of Omar Barghouti, coordinator of the Palestinian campaign for boycott, divestment and sanctions (BDS) against Israel.

It answers a growing concern amongst Jews that Christians are too ready to dismiss Zionism as a political movement rather than a central facet of Jewish identity.
And in a news release the Board says a survey found that over half of respondents believed that Christians are “becoming less sympathetic to Israel” and fewer than one in five would describe themselves as “Zionist”. Over a quarter see Zionism as “colonialist” and “resulting in racial discrimination”.
Clearly the Zionists’ influence is fading.
The 30-page pamphlet also takes a desperate swipe at the recent Kairos Palestine document issued by Christian leaders. The Board complains that it didn't acknowledge Jewish connections with the land of Israel. They were not best pleased either that British Methodists quoted Kairos in their decision to support a boycott of Israeli goods.

Abraham Feinberg's FBI File

Abraham Feinberg (1908-1998) is best known lobbying for the state of Israel and organizing Harry S Truman's "whistle-stop" fundraising tour that saved his 1948 presidential campaign from certain ruin.  Feinberg's obituary hints at a role trafficking arms to Jewish fighters in Palestine.  As founder of Americans for Haganah and Foundry Associates, Inc., Feinberg was deeply involved in the Haganah arms smuggling network in the United States.  More recently, authors such as Anver Cohen and Michael Karpin document in the book "Israel and the Bomb" and "The Bomb in the Basement" Feinberg's role in undermining US nuclear nonproliferation policy.  On October 31, 1958 Israeli Prime Minister David Ben-Gurion noted in his diary a conversation "he had with Abraham Feinberg, a wealthy Jewish businessman and major Democratic fund-raiser" to raise funds for Israel's nuclear weapons program among "benedictors" in the United States.  A few years later, President John F. Kennedy fought for biannual international inspections of Dimona and verifiable Israeli assurances that it was not a nuclear weapons production facility.  In 1960 Feinberg funded the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) as it mounted US disinformation campaigns about Israel's nuclear weapons program.  JFK's assassination in 1963 marked the gradual end of inspections and the US nonproliferation drive toward Israel.

Covert operative for Israel achieved immunity from criminal prosecution

Nahum Amber Bernstein (1907-1983) AKA Ned Bernay, AKA Meyers, AKA, Corman was a well-connected New York lawyer and founding chairman of the Jerusalem Foundation. After graduating from law school and a stint doing investigations at a law firm, Bernstein went to work as an Office of Strategic Services (predecessor to the CIA) operative training agents for "overseas operations in enemy territory" during WWII.  In 1943 Bernstein listed his qualifications as "police methods including surveillance, cover, wire-tapping, Dictaphone, sound recordings, agent's reports, records, statistics, witness interrogation and personnel."

Bernstein soon began applying his skills in service to Israel from his New York law office (with a branch in Tel Aviv) which was placed in charge of $750,000 in Jewish Agency funding after becoming that organization's attorney.  Bernstein was involved with smuggling front company Foundry Associates, Materials for Palestine and also incorporated Americans for Haganah led by Abraham Feinberg and David Wahl.  He defended the successor publication Israel  Speaks against Justice Department demands that it register as an Israeli foreign agent.

FBI Investigates AIPAC for espionage and theft of government property in 1984

Declassified FBI files reveal a long running espionage and theft of government documents investigation targeting the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) and the Israeli embassy in Washington DC during the 1984 US-Israel Free Trade Area negotiations.The FBI uncovered allegations that an agent of the Israeli intelligence services worked undercover as a member of AIPAC's staff. A quarter century after the tainted negotiations led to passage of  US-Israel preferential trade pact, it remains the most unfavorable of all US bilateral trade agreements, producing chronic deficits, lack of US market access to Israel and ongoing theft of US intellectual property.

Israeli air-force attacked targets in South Sudan

TEL AVIV, Israel (Ma'an) -- Sudanese media sources have been reporting that Israel's air-force launched attacks on vehicles in South Sudan last week, Israeli news site Ynet said Sunday.
Al-Intibaha reported last week that two vehicles were hit, killing four people. In a second alleged attack on Dec. 18, a car was bombed.
It is thought that the vehicles belonged to arms smugglers. The reports were not confirmed by Sudanese officials.

Illegal Israeli transfers of US military technology "sensitive U.S. Munitions List items and technology are used only for authorized purposes."

In March of 1992 US State Department inspector general Sherman Funk issued a classified report about illegal Israeli transfers of US military technology. The report finds Israel "is systematically violating U.S. arms control laws." The "Blue Lantern" system used in-country checks conducted by Customs officials or other qualified US embassy personnel to verify that "sensitive U.S. Munitions List items and technology are used only for authorized purposes." 

The audit uncovered a breakdown in US inspection regimes. The State Department relied on "government to government" assurances that items were not "retransferred" or "used for unauthorized purposes." Shipments to non-government entities could only be checked if Israeli government officials granted permission. 

DECLASSIFIED: "Probable Economic Effect of Providing Duty -Free Treatment for Imports from Israel"

The Interagency Security Classification Appeals Panel (ISCAP) ordered the US Trade Representative to declassify and release most of a secret 300 page trade document.  In 1984 US exporters were urged to submit "confidential business information" (CBI) about their prices, market share, internal costs and market strategy to the International Trade Commission. The USTR guaranteed confidentiality and compiled the sensitive data into a classified report for use in negotiating the US-Israel Free Trade Agreement.
The Israeli government covertly obtained the classified USTR report and passed it to the American Israel Public Affairs Committee to use in lobbying, the development of counter talking-points and a public relations campaign. Declassified FBI investigation files in the petition reveal AIPAC's legislative director made illicit duplications before returning the report by order of the USTR. Documents Reveal Israel Stole Uranium from U.S. Stockpiles In 1950s and 1960s

Recently declassified documents analyzed by the Institute for Research on Middle Eastern Policy reveal a surprising fact. The Israeli government used American Jews and its own intelligence agents to infiltrate American uranium stockpiles in the 1950s and 1960s and steal 269 kilograms of weapons-grade material. That led to the creation of the Zionist state’s first nuclear bomb.

According to hundreds of documents from the FBI, CIA and other agencies recently declassified under the Freedom of Information Act, the United States contracted oversight of its nuclear materials stockpile to Zalman Shapiro, president of Numec Inc., an Apollo, Pa.-based company that U.S. intelligence suspected had ties to the newly formed Zionist government in Palestine. Over the next 11 years, 269 kilograms of enriched uranium were stolen from the plant in an operation guided by four known Mossad Israeli intelligence agents: Rafael Eitan, Avraham Ben-Dor, Ephraim Biegun and Avraham Hermoni.

Lorna Fitzsimons (born 6 August 1967, Littleborough, Lancashire) is a British politician.

She Studied at St James CE Primary School in Wardle, then Wardle High School.Rochdale College of Art and Design and then Loughborough College of Art and Design (became part of Loughborough University in 1998) is where she studied for a BA in Textile Design.

Fitzsimons was president of the National Union of Students from 1992 to 1994, having previously held the position of NUS Vice-President (Education). She was a Director of NUS Services from 1990-4, and of Endsleigh Insurance from 1992-4.

In 1997 she was elected Labour member of Parliament for Rochdale, a position she held until her defeat at the 2005 election by the Liberal Democrat candidate Paul Rowen.
